My father chose Michelle to sell his home in July 2025. He wasn’t a fan of technology, but Michelle immediately understood that about him — she took the time to meet in person, walk him through every document, and make sure he always felt comfortable and informed. She gave him the kind of one-on-one attention that’s rare these days, and he appreciated her so much for that. There were a few unexpected hurdles with the sale, including some complicated permit issues. Michelle helped my dad navigate those challenges patiently and skillfully. When my father became ill in August and passed away before the closing, my sister and I suddenly had to step in to finish what he’d started. Michelle was incredible — she guided us through every step with compassion, steadiness, and clear advice. Even after the house officially closed, when most agents would have been long done, she stayed by our side as we worked through lingering permit matters and paperwork. Beyond her professionalism, Michelle was a genuine source of kindness and stability during one of the hardest times of our lives. She had a real bond with my dad, and that care showed in everything she did for our family. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Michelle was our ballast in a very bad storm, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

1. The most challenging part of the process is of course finding a home. We took over two years and Debbie stuck with us like a champ! I can't say what a wealth of knowledge she is and how much work she went above and beyond helping us. It was no way we could have done this purchase without her. She's a fighter too, so when pushback came with the loan office, she was right there in our corner taking care of business for us! She's honestly the strongest person we've ever met. 2. She was the glue that held the deal together. So, when we finally got it, it was all because Debbie was diligent, compassionate, caring and thorough. She made no mistakes. Skilled and precise in every part of this deal. Even when tragedy happened with her family, she still kept trucking. AMAZING is the only word that I would describe her for that. 3. The absolute best realtor I've ever worked with. She worked with us for over two years to help us find a house. She was always patient, compassionate and furiously client invested. Debbie is also skilled in-home inspection that saved us numerous times from buying those houses that have the problems that we wouldn't have caught without her. She kept the timeline rolling with the loan company, appraiser and title company, all the way through closing. She was the glue that held the deal together and would push and pull all the coordinating agencies to make it work for us. Her knowledge and relationships that she has were the reason why our loan went through. She is a fighter and when you have her on your side you know you were being fought for in every direction. I can't tell you what a worth of knowledge and an asset she was to us during our purchase. My husband and I live in upstate NY and wanted to purchase a condominium in Southeast Florida. We got Michelle's name from an acquaintance here in NY that had purchased a home through her. We started the search process last fall. Michelle, without even meeting us in person, sent us a variety of condominiums on a daily basis. We went down there in November of 2023 to look at a handful of condos and to meet Michelle in person. She arranged a full day of viewings which helped her to understand what our needs and wants were. We did not purchase then as we weren't quite ready just yet. Michelle continued to send us condominium listings that matched our needs and wants. My husband then connected with Michelle this past spring and she was able to get him into a brand new listing and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted!
